We went there by bicycle. It is a good place for some good photos, but the ocean was very dirty (like the water in all the beach’s around).

We came here to explore Chioggia and decided to spend a day at the beach. We really liked the restaurant. The fish we had was delicious and incredibly fresh — after all this is the major fishing centre of the Veneto. We enjoyed a few hours on the beach, though sadly the water was full of algae, so we didn’t spend much time swimming. We parked, rented two lounge chairs and an umbrella for 18 Euros. Speaking Italian probably helps, since we seemed to be the only nonItalians there. A great place to get a real middle class Italian family beach experience.

Visited this small park with a group of roller coaster enthusiasts on a tour of Italy. The park was closed when we arrived but the management kindly opened it up so our group of 40+ enthusiasts could ride their little roller coaster. The staff were very friendly and generous and even opened up their pendulum ride, Extreme , so we could also ride that.
The theming in this little park was quite impressive, a lovely little park for small and big children alike!

Very bad and negative experience. The owner is a fascist by his own admission. Abosutely to avoid it.

Having understood you are not at the caribbeans, just enjoy the long beach, soft sand, very shallow and calm sea, clean and safe Clodia club. Just going back every summer.

We were first in the restaurant at the parking lot something to eat, but unfortunately we have seen only the very simple menu and many around us at the tables have had great dishes. But it is inexpensive and the drinks delicious. On the beach was very busy, but was also high season.

This is a mix of a water park with pools and slides and a beach with a bar. Entrance to the pool for over 12s was €9.50, reasonable pool and kept the kids entertained for a few hours. The beach charges were €5 per chair/bed/umbrella. Also €5 to park for the whole day.
The beach was clean, attendants were helpful. Toilets cubicles were large enough to change in and clean albeit they were the hole in the floor type.

Wide cycle path covering 95% of the area round the Lusenzo Lagoon which separates Chioggia from Sottomarina.

There is a wide walking path too, indeed I walked and it took me an hour & ten minutes at a steady pace.

You can join where you want, I did so at the Isola dell'Unione bridge (Sottomarina side).

Towards the centre of the two towns the area is built up with boats moored, the further you walk away the more you find greenery.

    Particularly attractive to at sunset.
