This was my 4th time attending the cooking class with Chef Giuseppe, but the first time at his historic family home in the countryside of Montecatini-Terme. The experience in. Lucca was always such a fun and interesting class that I was unsure that a new location could match or even exceed the previous classes. I was not disappointed! The class retains the same fun, hands on approach and is even easier for full participation within the gorgeous new commercial style kitchen. And of course, as always, the beautiful table prepared and waiting for us, upon completion of our cooking, to share the meal that we've prepared together as a class, paired with delectable wines that Chef Giuseppe has hand picked, using his expertise as a certified sommelier. If you're looking for an activity, whether on your on or with a group of friends, don't hesitate to book this class! I'm sure it will become one of your favourite memories of Tuscany. I cannot wait to return again.

Simply excellent! As myself I am also o part time olive oil farmer, I was interested into learning new things and generally the approach of a premium quality producer. And so we (me and my girlfriend) did!

We came here by Florence, via train and local bus! If you want to plan a day trip into Tuscany area, please consider this tour as a must.

I consider olive oil as gold. Visit Giacomo's farm to learn why.

The views were amazing. Thomaso did a wonderful tour/explanation of the winemaking. The wine tasting was so much fun and coupled with fun meats, cheeses, and their local olive oil. Everyone at the winery was exceptionally nice. They even helped us out when we ran out of gas.

I cannot express fully in words the wonderful 1/2 day trip to the Vinci Wine Tour, with this company. From the collection point to drop off, our guide Valerie was amazing, with her knowledge of the area, addressing all questions, her explanations and humour was 5 star. She guided and instructed where necessary, that brought the whole experience alive, whether you were a wine buff or novice, you felt a part of the experience.
Our host Sandra, produced excellent food, to go with her family's wines, you tasted Tuscany with every bite.
    Well done to all.

This was an excellent tour. SImone picked us up along with two other groups and we headed off. Fredrika was our host and another group joined us. We were from Canada, England, Germany and Scotland. We all had a great time. There were a total of 6 wines, 3 red and 3 white, which we sampled a lot of and the food which accompanied was great as well. Fredrika was informative and educated us on the different wines. We could have easily stayed much longer but alas we had to leave and managed a group photo. We were all very happy and a little tipsy and purchased wine to bring back home. Our tour guides through out our trip to the winery, Florence and Cinque Terre; Luigi, Simone and Eunice all gave us their personal attention and made each tour, despite the numbers, feel like we were family. From drinking wine to an older couple celebrating their 50th anniversary dancing on the train to " their " song. It was more than special. We will ever forget out time in Tuscany. Our last tour was with Eunice and as we arrived back in Montecatini Terme Luigi and Simone met us at the train station where all three said good bye to us. Special doesn't cover it.

This was a great tour! Tanya picked us up in Montecatini Terme right on time. We had a bit of a drive to meet up with others in Lucca. But on the way, Tanya pointed out some of the scenery we were passing, such as the Carrera Marble Quarry and Factory (they offer a tour to that as well, wish I'd known!). Anyway, we proceeded on to Cinque Terre, with more commentary in our van about the villages, the wine production, history, etc.

When we got out of the van at the parking lot, Valerie was our tour guide. She led us up, down and all around three villages, on the boat, the train, and didn't lose anyone. She is a skilled cat-herder, as well as super knowledgeable about the history of the villages, restaurants, and how to get from point a to point b to point c and back again, despite the rough sea and the return boat being canceled because of that.

It was a long day but we saw 4 of the 5 Cinque Terre towns! So beautiful and each charming in its own way. Loved taking the train (with locals!) and seeing the sights. Roberto kept us organized and I was impressed with the level of communication prior to the day.

    Fantastic day trip from
Montecatini to the beautiful towns of San Gimignano and Siena. Our tour guide Valerie was so kind and very knowledgeable. We also enjoyed a trip to Palagetto vineyard where we had a delicious tasting of wines alongside salami, cheese, bruschetta and honey. my favourite part of the trip was Siena the day after the Palio and a very exciting time to visit! Highly recommended.

We were a party of six and were collected from our hotel in Montecatini by Walter in a fabulous, very comfortable van. We drove for an hour to Portovenere where we were taken to all of the best spots for photos. After a coffee break we continued on the stunning drive to Cinque Terre. Walter was extremely knowledgeable and very funny. After stops at several vantage points to view the villages we descended into Vernazza where we had lunch and then climbed high to take photos of this beautiful village.
I would highly recommend this company and this tour.
