- Aero3926Midwest362 contributionsThe best way to see the Amalfi coast! Skipper pointed out a number of things along the way, we went ashore in Amalfi and Positano. Water and beer were available. There's a toilet on the boat. There were caprese sandwiches, and, on the return trip, there was also white wine and lemoncello. Skipper made a point of coming forward to inform those on the bow of what we were seeing, and what we were going to do next. It was an excellent, relaxing, day.
Our only negative comment is that communications were not as clear or early as we would have liked. Instructions talked about snorkeling. But it wasn't clear where/when/if that would be (and snorkel gear takes a lot of room in one's suitcase!). We would have waited to swim at the spot suitable for snorkeling rather than the first stop (not suitable) if we had better understood the itinerary. It also wasn't clear that a sandwich would be served (it was a pleasant surprise/relief to not have to spend limited shore time looking for a place to eat). A "passport" was given with QR codes to scan for places to eat, things to see, etc. But, no wi-fi on the boat, and we didn't have data in Italy, so we couldn't look at it any of this information until the tour was over. If this had been provided in advance, we could have read about things before going.

As with most the reviews, would advise taking the €25PP coach transfers they sell as this means you dont have to go round the island and on public transport like a headless chicken! Tour operator also messaged me via tripadvisor within 60 minutes of booking the trip. We originally were booked to do the tour on a day rain/wind was forecast and the tour operator reached out 2 days before asking if we wanted to change dates. - Seonaid R1 contributionJust want to say THANK YOU for such a wonderful day my mum and I had exploring Capri. She has difficulty walking and walks with a walking stick and Giovanni and Antonio looked after us so well. Super caring and thoughtful.
The day was more than we could have expected, even though we didn’t make it into the blue grotto (due to tide being high) we saw other amazing grottos and got to swim and snorkel along the coast. If you are thinking about doing this tour, don’t hesitate it’s the best day. They are a treasure to your company.
