Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Me and my mom went to the Jetwin Blue hotel on October. And we stayed about three weeks there. The view, food and work staff: they all were excellent. And the cafe out there, near Jetwin blue/ blue breeze: the food and drinks everything were just perfect. There were two working boys there: BEIOU and RIKSHAN they were such helpful and pleasant boys. We enjoyed our time there so much. The experience was great .

The was the first for me of a tour of this kind. What a wonderful surprise! Eugenio was a fabulous tour guide telling us how the farm works, how lemons are grown, and all about olives. Then we had the most delicious meal. I have a dairy allergy and they were more than accommodating to keep cheese off of my meal, and to notify me which items couldn’t be made without dairy (with apologies). The highlight was giving us the recipe for making homemade limoncello. One of the most memorable moments of our trip! Gracie!

We were unable to go on the Amalfi Coast tour because of weather but MBS offered to switch our trip to Capri or we could get a refund. We decided on Capri and so glad we did. We sailed with Mike and Agata who were great. They both gave us lots of information about the island and instructions for how to enjoy the island once there. Both were very personable and made the trip fun. We even got to stop on the way back for a swim in the Mediterranean. I would definitely recommend this excursion.

Incredible experience with the best skipper we could’ve asked for. If you’re ever visiting Sorrento I highly texcomenr to experience the Amalfi Coast from boat and more exclusively with your own private driver.

Great communication and lovely people involved with both the transfer (longer than expected) and the boat.
A wonderful trip up the Amalfi coast which is just beautiful. Plenty of opportunity to take photos and a real effort made to share the local history - including pictures and sharing of the details with those sitting outside.
Positano and Amalfi are worth visiting (can’t imagine how busy they are in peak season as busy enough at the end of October) although pricy if you choose to buy.
    We had a great day.

We went on the Capri Bell boat tour. It was a beautiful trip. Unfortunately we were unable to go to the Blue Grotto due to how busy it was. The tour around the island was well and truly worth it though. I’d love to return at a quieter time of year and do a more personal tour/spend more time on the island. We only had one day in Capri and tried to squeeze in as much as possible. It was fantastic seeing all the caves and rock structures from a distance as well as the many super boats.

Truly one of the coolest experiences of our entire trip! 100/10 would recommend and have recommended for any friends going into the area. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming they taught us about their family and culture while also creating such a fun environment and experience.

This trip was incredible!! In hindsight we would have been happy to stay all day on the boat. Being able to see the entire island from the boat, as it gently skirted around the Island breathtaking coastline was amazing. Our guide Emmanuel was helpful, hospitable and a great photographer as well.
Pro-tip, from these amateurs, be ready for the Blue Grotto. You need to pay the boat men for entry into the Grotto (this could be cash or card), but and you also need cash to give your boat captain a tip!
Highly recommend this tour, and the company.

This was a beautiful experience! The biking was such a joy and it was complimented by breathtaking views of the Italian countryside. Our guide, Macarena, was the kindest guide ever, and everything went smoothly and as planned. The food and wine tasting was impeccable; the cheese was delicious and the different olive oils were all so perfect! If there’s one thing you must do if you’re in the Salerno area, it’s this tour—you will not regret it!

Sal picked us up near our hotel and took us down to Marine Grande, where we boarded the boat. We were greeted by his cousin Anna and they were both very friendly and welcoming. Anna pointed out different focal points and detailed their history on the journey. When we disembarked at Marine Piccola she took us up to the bus stop /taxi rank and gave us both a caprese salad bap which was delicious. Marine Piccola is idyllic and the beach is free. We caught a bus which was just over 8 euro for an all day bus pass, which took us to Capri and then onto Anacapri, where we took the chairlift. After taking in Anacapri we went bank to Capri for a look around and then back to Marine Piccola. Back on board we were greeted with drinks and then the Prosecco popped and we also had limoncello, other drinks were also there for the taking. We had a caprese pasta salad , fresh tuna caught by our other passengers on the fishing trip on board and then caprese cake. We were took further around the island taking in more focal points. After disembarking Sal took us back to our hotel. We cannot thank Sal and Anna enough, they are so lovely, friendly and informative and I wouldn’t use any other other tour company but them when we come back to Sorrento. 👍
