- Gordon B2 contributionsIt was a wonderful experience. We arrived 15 minutes early but for some reason, Tripadvisor had not notified them. Apparently this was not the first time this happened to them Nonetheless, they quickly improvised and gave us a full tasting explaining the diferent qualities of oil and how it was made. He also provided us with food samplings as well as a little wine to go. At the end he gave us a litlle certificate to say we completed our oil tasting course. The owner was very friendly and we bought some of his products. We would visit him again. I really enjoyed the return to the bike hotel with an exquisite dinner right in the middle of nature. They make you taste another type of wine with each meal:)! He gave us a run through on how to use the e-bikes and then we were on our way! We got an excellent tour of the city which we agreed we would have never seen on our own, from beautiful natural sites to culturally and spiritually significant sites. Every site was beautiful and the information was interesting. We felt like we had the inside perspective. In additional we got some exercise and took some amazing pictures. - Laxman MBrooklyn, NY4 contributionsI really enjoyed my time with my chef Giulia. I spent a wonderful 3 hours learning how to cook the three basic pastas. She was very generous with her time, fed me lots of extra goodies that she makes at home including her own limoncello (delicious!!!).

The teachers were very understanding and professional and the flexibility of the courses, both in terms of level and time, exceeded my expectations. I learned German, but I do not doubt that the teachers in other languages would have also met my expectations.
