Not only was the weather perfect and views amazing,but Alex the pilot and his crew were so attentive to make us feel safe, calm and have a great experience. To be able to be part of the set up and take down, allowed us to experience everything. Alex's sense of humor and knowledge about ballooning and the area was just the icing on the cake. Of course, the bubbly at the end was the cherry on the top.
We would recommend this experience and the Pilot/crew to anyone thinking of booking with Virgin.

There was 2 downfalls no choice of gins and the return journey should have been later, but we enjoyed it that much we did it again in August.
