Our Chef teacher for the day was Steve and he did an amazing job at teaching us all different tips and tricks as well as going at a speed so the whole class could keep up.
Steve gave us many tips and taught us about vegetables, flavours and how to balance flavours (made the lesson good fun too) .

They were able to recommend a bespoke 90 minute session for my two granddaughters aged 10 and 9 who have had riding lessons back home, and also a 30 minute walk for my 5 year old grandson who is a complete novice.
Our horses were still out as we were early but once we all had helmets and hi-viz vests, we were allowed to just sit and watch a lesson, which fascinated the girls as they saw the difference between the horse walk...
