Loch Leven Heritage Trail

My favourite starting place is to go clockwise from Kirkgate Park and stop 2/3 of the way round for an amazing, great value brunch at the Findatie cafe.
It's walking distance from the town which had a few takeaways and shops, a nice place to go if the sun is shining X There's also a big car park which is always a bonus.

We enjoyed excellent visit here in this thoroughly well-presented nature reserve that is efficiently signposted with easy walking throughout.
The nature reserve is a lovely tranquil place to explore, with or with family and a dog, its a chance to see wildlife in a stunning natural setting.

... reward of fantastic views from the ridge at the top.The usual approach is from the narrow backroad to Ballingry, but parking can be difficult and it is easier to use the North West car park at Lochore Meadows.
