Ice skating on a frozen fountain in the middle of Oslo. You can rent skates from the cabin for 110k, a little expensive but you can have the skates all day.

If you are in for horses. sports and fun, and happen to be in Oslo the first two weeks of july, this is the thing.

Affordable option to ice skate in Oslo city. You can rent the skates there. Bring warm clothes and enjoy the fun of trying to balance in ice skates (for beginners).

I found this place with a quick google search, and although the gym was a bit small, I had a good climb. I didn't go with a partner and didn't have any gear, so I stuck to bouldering. The wall was good with plenty of routes around my climbing level. If this was my base gym, I probably would want more problems. But the gym did seem more centered around sport climbing, so keep this in mind. Eventually, rush hour hit and the gym got a bit crowded. I'd suggest avoiding peak hours if you can.

During winter, Frogner stadion becomes a huge ice skating rink. Prices for ice skate rent are not too expensive.

We came to Oslo in February 2017 and visited Alna Ridesenter on a very snowy day. It was very easy to get to from central Oslo (Bus 66, it's a red one) and you pass the sign of the centre on the right before the buss stops a little way up the road. The area doesn't look like a very horsey place but if you follow the signs a short walk then you come across a real hidden gem. Everyone we met was very friendly including our guide. We went outside to meet the horses and were told about each one before we chose which we would like to ride (I had the lovely Maya and my sister had Lillo). Having done this we took our horses inside to groom them and tack them up. It was lovely being able to do this for yourself. Once mounted we rode off into the snow and had a brilliant ride. Both horses were superb at a walk, trot and canter and were not phased by anything we encountered. We would happily book a trip to Norway to come here again :)
    Highly recommended!

Nice and challenging walls. Very spacious and well marked. It would be a bt brighter if they have used lighter colours on the wall but it was still ok to climb indoor on rainy Saturday morning while visiting family in Oslo.

We are coming here often, the playing areas are great for the kids. Despite of that
the service is very poor. The food is horrible.
It feels the guest is not really important.
For example: I was waiting minutes to buy a ticket while three employees were sitting in the kitchen and played on the phone.

One girl got an accident and had a bleeding nose ,front of the counter were blood drops on the floor 4 meters long.
The staff gave napkins to the parent of the child and they did not come to wash up the floor. It was so big crowd the blood was gone in 20 minutes.

The staff is not cleaning the tables very often. So you have to do it yourself or sit in the dirty leftovers.

There is a “drinking water tap “ and is broken since months.

Such a great building managed so badly.

I really loved the concept, and this was the first time I had heard of a Harry Potter Escape Room, so I was very happy to see that it lived up to expectations. I had hoped that it would last a little longer though, but I still had a great time with my friends. I recommend this! :)

In the advent of risking to spoil anything, I won't write that much about what happens, but know that you will not regret going there!
