Sympathetically restored where needed, but generally all original and beautifully kept. The stunning ceilings and the paint effects on the walls an especial highlight, one room in particular having some fantastic trompe d’œil scènes.
Our guide was welcoming and informative, and the entry price very reasonable.

With its alpine landscape, you think you are in the remotest of places enjoying the beauty of nature and yet you are just above the old town! There are beautiful buildings either public or private ones. It's like an open air museum.
