    Went to the market early, purchased some lovely fresh fish- salad and veg- Loule is a lovely place to visit with the added bonus of being able to buy amazing fresh produce.We got ourselves some Carolina reaper chilli sauces and some cactus fruit gin and jam while we were there and both were fantastic! 1 million times better than the Gypsy market on the opposite side of town.Outdoor gypsy market, traditional style, stall etc. Walk up into the town ( nice steady away walk) through the shopping street, lovely,up to the indoor market, excellent.

    Quateria is a lovely walk across the beach will take about 20 minutes but well worth the quiet strole to a more traditional Portuguese town - again loads of bars and restaurants at a quarter of the price.We went i...lovely to sit around and look at the boats and people just wander around lots of places to eat and drink a nice relaxing place to watch the world go byAbsolutly wonderful area, lots of shops, cafes and bars close to taxis but walkable to out hotel lovely people beautiful weather

    Really good shopping centre, big IKEA some really good shops reminds me of the Cheshire oaks outlet shopping by the Wirral only in beautiful Algarve with glorious sunshineAnd the greatest surprise was the food court, it’s like an insult to even categorize it as that because each order is cooked fresh and the selection is amazing, delicious and honestly worth the wait.This shiny new shopping centre has everything you need, including some great deals in its designer outlet.

    When you are in love with the famous Portuguese Azulejos you have to visit this beautiful church.The church of S.Lourenco Almancil is a magnificent example of the azulejo-clad facade Extraordinary example of Portuguese azulejos (traditional blue and white tiles) cover the whole church inside !!Absolute worth visiting - a wonderful small church easily accessible

    The starting point is close to a beautiful small stream that you can cross over stepping stones.There is good sign posting on the route and some information boards that give an insight into the wildlife and the heritage in the area.We saw a snake and a large lizard - so got our dose of wildlife!
