Tour guide Josephine was very friendly and knowledgeable. The tour had sufficient time at each destination and allowed us time to explore Ghent and Bruges respectively.

First of all: this is a 1 day excursion to get a taste of Bruges. If you want to delve deep into Bruges, you need more time and this trip is not suitable.

I was hesitant initially after reading that it is several hours each way. But it was pleasant to see the countryside, get some sleep and read. Sitting on the top floor of the double decker helps with the view.

You’ll have a few hours at your leisure in the town. It was enough for us to get a taste, since we were starting to exhaust our tourist sites in Amsterdam. There is a tour guide; Elisabeth did give us some good information.

It is unacceptable for this company NOT TO HAVE WIFI on the bus. With all the money they earn, please put WiFi in.

Viator's trip from Brussels to Bruge went smoothly. A comfortable bus took 2 groups of both English and Spanish tourists and had an adept bilingual guide, Maria, give us instructions and information in both languages. On arrival guests were split into two groups by language.

In the English group, Mark was a creative and energetic guide who brought us back in time to help him find his medieval true love, Dorothea. In addition to facts about buildings or sites, he brought human interests into the story also finishing up with a lesson in how to truly savor a Belgian chocolate.

A native of Spain, his English was occasionally difficult to understand, but he welcomed guests to help him find a word and was quick to repeat or explain if guests were confused.

Bruges is a beautiful reconstructed historic city with beautiful buildings, many shops (especially chocolates) and delightful to walk through. Highly recommend this delightful tour.

Mark was a fantastic tour guide and we had a blast. He had some interesting tips and insights about the towns. We had lots of fun, it was just a tease though because we could have stayed much longer in Bruges and Ghent. It was a great first experience in Belgium for us!

A really good history of Bruges. The tour showed us several places we hadn't already discovered, and filled in a few pieces of history we didn't know. We also had fun talking about modern Bruges and Belgian culture in general.

I apologize to Martin that I was unable to return the dragon.

Great value for money! Mark was excellent and his local knowledge was really a plus. The waffles and beer were both of good quality. I would highly recommend the experience.

Jay was fantastic. Like having a tour with a local friend not a guide. He made it great fun and was very informative. We laughed a lot and enjoyed some great food and drink. We now follow Jay on his Facebook page. He was terrific! What more can I say.

We did not know what to expect, but the drive was not to long with one short stop on the way. The Town was beaufiful and we had a great day ,taking a lunch break and shopping. Beauftiful site and history.

Anne clearly knows everything about Bruges and its history, and keeps in touch with current events too. She was friendly, engaged and knowledgeable. She showed us some parts of Bruges that we would never have found by ourselves and she’s a confident, safe cycle leader. There was a great balance between the history and the contemporary.

We’d highly recommend a tour with Anne, as she exceeded our expectations.

Great fun, waffles were tasty and we were all well and truly stuffed . Kids enjoyed process of weighing, mixing and pouring their own batter in waffle makers as well as choosing all varieties of toppings.

My wife and I have visited Bruges before and know that it's a beautiful place. Both the previous time and this time was on a cruise ship so time is limited. On this occasion we chose to do the praline-making experience rather than wander around town. Sadly we also didn't have the time to look at the museum properly as we're told that it's been significantly overhauled since our previous visit. We have no doubt that it remains worthwhile visiting.

So, the chocolate experience. It is what it is. It is fun, as expected. A group of maybe ten of us gather around in a kitchen which is disability-accessible. We had to wear disposable plastic aprons which, aside from the hygiene aspect, are essential as this can get messy. Again, it's fun.

The guide has enthusiasm and energy. You get a choice as to what sort of chocolate to use. The whole experience is quite short but we did get to bring our chocolates home.

If you have the time, which is certainly a factor, I recommend you doing this activity.

We LOVED our beer walk in Bruges. It was my second beer walk (the first was in Ghent) and we cannot recommend this tour enough. We had Ariel as our guide both times and hope to do the beer walk with him in every town we visit! Amazing city and great, special beer.

Our guide, Hein was wonderful! We had a fantastic time learning about the city and enjoying the main sites as an introduction to Bruges. Thank you so much!
