Simply a great way to learn about Belgium beer, chocolate, and Brussels. Guides Martin and Jeremy were a delightful pair, with an easy style, much humor, and interesting facts. The samples provided were generous, as was the charcuterie and fries. Staff at all of the places we visited were friendly, helpful and kind. Good value.

It was a good introduction of Brussel's history and culture. Sarah knows her stuff and accommodate us really well. We had a slow and steady pace as our group had a child on pram.

The tour was absolutely amazing and perfect for anyone looking to explore and learn about Brussels' history, culture, food, and people in an efficient and enjoyable way. Marcella was our tour guide, and she is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and a great storyteller, which made the experience even more engaging. Highly recommended!

The tour that almost wasn’t (the guide didn’t show due to illness, we didn’t have the minimum of five people, it started late) was saved by Rahiem. Filling in last minute, he managed to convince a couple showing up early for the 6pm tour to join us instead. I found the dark history of Brussels intriguing, but not disturbing. He had a way of delivering the gory details with humor, never once sounding as if he were merely reciting facts from memory. And he was so easy to banter with. By the end of the tour, I found myself thinking I need to find a friend like Rahiem, someone with a big personality and interesting stories. He really made the tour better despite how it began.

We were in a small session with just two couples so we could go at our own pace. Additional sets of equipment appeared as and when needed. Welcome hot chocolate break whilst the ganache was chilling. Shaping and coating the truffles is not as easy as it looks so we were delighted to keep all our truffles for us rather than using as gifts.
Instructions were clear and easy to follow and feel confident we could make these at home now.

What an amazing city. It was really quiet when we went so there were no queues for anything. I really recommend going to Lizzies waffle house. They sell extra large waffles and everything is cooked fresh at the counter. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and good fun. We really enjoyed her taking us around.

We had a fun walking tour in Bruges and Ghent. Make sure to wear comfortable walking shoes and appropriate jacket for windy conditions. Total minimum walking distance was 5 miles over 5 hours; therefore, that translates into 1 mile per hour. Most people walk 3 miles per hour to put in perspective so it's literally a walk in the park. It was a long day from 830 am departure to 630 pm return but I highly recommend if you have an extra day. The guides were friendly and helpful. The bus was air conditioned and very nice. Bruges is where authentic Belgian chocolate is made, not Brussels, and Bruges is a UNESCO world heritage site. Ghent is the foundation of Belgian beer. Cheers!

Interesting history of chocolate, best part was definitely the chocolate demonstration with a sample of Belgium chocolate, great for kids as lots of interactive games.

Quentin was a very knowledgeable host / guide. His walking tour of Brussels (approx. 2 hours) was very interesting and informative, and his delivery was both succinct and humorous.

Tom was a great tour guide. He was so knowledgeable and entertaining. We drank 4 great beers and went to 2 really nice bars. It was the perfect way to start our stay in Brussels. And will always remember why Belgium beer is so special.
