Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I love learning about Spanish wine and the owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. I noticed he also stocks top wines from France. Although it is a neighborhood wine store they are happy to speak English to tourists like me!Written 2 January 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - JaikuzLondon, UK55 contributionsUnique wine store. Hidden gem in the heart of Madrid. Absolutely recommended if you want to enjoy a good wine and talk to real wine expertsWritten 9 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - JollyGeoggersAscot, UK57 contributionsWhilst I’m sure this place had many lovely wines, we buzzed to enter, weren’t greeted at all and neither of the two ladies present looked up from their computers. We wandered around for a bit but they never stopped typing. We went and spent €200 elsewhere. Remarkable to be totally ignored at a time when places like this must need customers more than ever. Nevermind, lesson learnt.Written 21 July 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Andy SHamburg, Germany904 contributionsThe cafe is located near to palace of Madrid and the package menu of tapas is so great. It’s so fresh and delicious. - Mr_Bunk95Madrid, Spain1 contributionOne of the best places in Mercado de San Fernando, in Lavapies. Very good wines, vermouths and aperol spritzs. They also have a lot of spanish products to buy.Written 20 June 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
