The taxi stopped at a park and when we walked passed the park , on the left hand side it was beach #29, I believed it was the area where the nudist beach located as I could see some nudist men and women.
I believe this is the one below the skate park.

Best of all you could walk freely around the park (not when festivals and concerts are going on); there's a little font made by Gaudí and some other sculptures.

There is a large range of animals with multiple languages and indoor exhibits from reptiles to dolphins to give respite from the heat but water/snacks/ice creams as with all parks /zoos are expensive!
I'd advise hopping on the train by the water fountain first as so you can easily navigate where you are in the park and where you need to go.

Adorable, well maintained park on the Montjuic, free entry, priceless views, escape from the noice and crowd.
Nice park away from the city and clise to the Fundacio Joan Miro.

It is the second largest park in Barcelona, a sunny, airy and absolutely accessible space, where water from a large lake shares the limelight with hills covered with grass and lush vegetation.
During the year the lake is a strategic place for birds to pass (a team of ornithologists has already counted more than 150 species of birds) Definitely it is one of the most recommended parks to visit in the city.

The Jardins del Mirador del Alcalde are in front of the first station of the Funicular de Montjuic and like many parks on Barcelona, it has a story of its own.

Outside the aquarium there is the port of Barcelona where we had a great time strolling, looking at the boats on the marine and playing in an amusement park next to it.
As a great admirer of Nature, I spent beautiful time in L’Aquarium.

As a result of the lack of multi-lingual and detailed info, the park remains mostly empty of people once you venture a little further than the initial peaks of Tibidabo and Vallvidrera Superior.
We took the train from the city center to the park entrance and had a nice two hour walk to the top of Tibidabo.
