Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I spent two weeks visiting my family in Granada and could not avoid going for a few cycling adventures. Since I no longer have my own road bike in Granada, I decided to rent a bike for each of the two weekends I spent in Granada at La Estacion. The comfortable Full Carbon bike I rented did its job as expected. In addition, the customer service provided at La Estacion was superb and friendly. I will certainly come back to La Estacion next time I am back to Granada. Thank you!

Impressive tour with very interesting historical sites and exquisite views.
Our guide was very professional and embraced an excellent storytelling approach that got us to navigate through the history and culture of the civilization who built the monuments. She made sure to immerse us even into the olfactive scents of Andalucia.

This was an excellent tour! Our guide Victor was personable, patient, and answered all of our questions. Riding an ebike is the best way to cover so much of the area while getting an opportunity to learn and take pictures along the way. Highly recommend (especially if you want a break from all the walking).

My wife and I found this tour and were very pleased to have taken it. It was just the two of us with Beatrice and electric bikes which are a boon on such a hilly trip. Lovely scenery and a great guide. Shame it statrted to rain which does make the descent down the cobblestone roads quite tricky. This trip was taken in Sept 18, but I had not realised that it was in draft form still. Sorry Beatrice!

We (two adults and a 14yo) had a lovely morning on the river near El Tejar. Our guide, Juanma, made it a lot of fun. It was August so the rapids weren’t dramatic but we still really enjoyed it and would recommend it. Also felt safe with the right equipment etc.

It was a great store that had wonderful electric bikes and also a great map That took us to the Mediterranean where we enjoyed a nice lunch by the sea. The way we stopped at this really interesting café/hotel where there was a pigeon nesting site. Worth a stop!

Three friends and I from San Diego, all in our 70's, decided to explore Southern Spain for a week before heading north to Leon. Fortunately, the tour company we decided to use for the Camino highly recommended James Hughes at ALL WAYS SPAIN and we are so glad they did! We first zoomed with James weeks in advance to share our thoughts on what we hoped to see in Granada, Ronda, Seville, Cordoba and Toledo. He subsequently arranged an itinerary that combined important local sites with sufficient free time, just as we hoped. Everywhere we went, local officials would tell us: "You've got the best guides!" We couldn't have agreed more! When James was unable to be with us, we had first-rate guides and drivers that were not only informative, but made us feel so welcome in their city! Our trip went as smoothly as the high speed trains that James selected to whisk us to Leon to start trekking the Camino!
