Our tour guide Mano was wonderful! He had so many stories that made everything come to life. Would highly recommend both him and the company.

Juan Anthony (Nono) was wonderfully informed yet charmingly modest. He shared interesting details about the Generalife and the Alhambra, mixing the slightly sensational with the dry historical. Most impressively, he told stories even while walking between stops. The running narrative, always entertainingly educational, made the three hour tour go by quickly.

I imagined Granada’s old town to be bigger. I liked the Alhambra Palace complex but it was very hot and very crowded. The tour of the Alhambra was guided by hearing aids, it didn't work for me, I didn't hear the tour guide at all. It would be good to have them checked before there is a chance to change.

My guide Villaldo was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and his expertise on the history shone through. He was also delightful in his delivery of the history of the Alhambra

Excellent music, dancing, and service. The environment was unique (in a cave) and we took a taxi to the location since it was uphill. The guitarist was masterful and the dancers displayed so much passion and concentration. Just beautiful.

An early start - 6am pick up near our hotel - and a 3 hour coach trip to Granada - but it was worth it. Aside from the beauty of the Alhambra which is well documented in countless other guides and publications, this was the ideal time to visit. The weather was perfect - not cold but sunny and bright - and no crowds which meant we could take our time and enjoy the wonder of the palace without feeling any pressure to be moving along, plus we were fortunate enough to have a brilliant guide who made the whole experience a memorable one. In the afternoon we went to the Albaicin on a hill facing the Alhambbra with beautiful views across the valley ND the snow-capped Sierra Nevada to the south.

The Alhambra is an absolute must, it’s stunning gardens, architecture and views take your breath away. We had a 3 hr tour, which was full on, very informative with all the historical facts but it was a bit too many facts for us. Andy our guide was a fabulous enthusiastic man with a lot of knowledge and fun as well.
Well worth the money, a highlight of our trip.

It's the first time I've ever been to Bath, my partner has been to a couple beforehand and she said this was much better. There is a beautiful ambience to the area; the staff were so helpful and kind and the masseuse was kind. She wasn't really good as I said I had a bad back and she was able to come from one spot despite this only being a aroma massage. Thank you very much it was a lovely experience.

Jose’s engaging intelligence and encyclopedic knowledge, plus his long experience in navigating his customers efficiently through tourist crowds, made this a fabulous private tour. Worth every € and more!

Booked a day trip from Seville. The tourist offices were brilliant - really well organised, helpful and informative. The minibus was on time to collect at 8am, with a coach leader Carlos, and comfortable for the long journey (although glad to stop briefly for a loo stop - take breakfast with you as there’s little time otherwise). We were dropped straight to Alhambra and met by our guide Alba - who was brilliant. The weather was particularly awful (with more outdoors than we’d appreciated) but she was able to stay enthusiastic and keep us all together for the 3hr tour. Alhambra was amazing. Absolutely stunning. A must see. Afterwards, we said goodbye to Alba and handed back to Carlos who took us to a restaurant next door to Alhambra. This is where things went awry. Carlos had no real ability to organise a group. He wasn’t able to take lunch orders and several people got the wrong orders or nothing at all. He had a heavy accent which made him difficult to understand, and seemed to get worse as the day progressed. He took us into Granada to the Muslim quarter for a walking tour, which wasn’t entirely welcome after being so wet and cold earlier in the day but was very beautiful. We left after dark and made one very brief loo stop on the way back - reaching Seville at 9ish. Highly recommend the tour (or any interaction with this company), the Alhambra and a walk around Granada but we cannot endorse Carlos.
