As practically all German museums this is a well-organised and informative museum.
I've visited Jewish Holocaust museums in Houston, TX and NYC.

The villa is very nice and big, located around the amasing wannsee lake and is a very interesting museum which allows you to easily understand what was the reality during the 30s and 40s on Germann and Europe soil...
A nice private villa owned by the Jewish artist Lieberman before world war 2. Houses a museum with his paintings and others .

After an hour in this museum you will feel incredible pride for having saved an entire city from the ravages that remain Communism.
Allied Museum has one of the most interesting exhibitions of artifacts displayed in a unique way with a booklet describing the item.

the museum is also located next to the former Arnold Breker studio which has been transformed into a small but very interesting sculpture museum that is a must-see as the architecture itself is worth going for.
Excellent Museum of Modern Art

Among the 3 museums in the complex, indeed I think this Ethnologisches Museum is the best one and most interesting (if you are into arts and artifacts from non-European origins).
As mentioned by many others, a must see that is far more relaxing experience than the museums island.
