Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Really nice to visit. Be prepared to climb alot of steps. The views are worth it though. Tickets were 15 euro at the main office and wait time wasn't long

"Champs-Élysées is a bustling street known for its shops and cafes. We enjoyed window shopping and walking down towards the Arc de Triomphe. It can be quite crowded, but it’s part of the Paris experience. - Anna Thompson"

This museum is not as popular as Louvre, but you can’t miss it! It’s free of charge, but the collection is really impressive. There are two levels, each of them includes modern art pieces and some works of famous sculptors and artists. You can take a map near the main entrance. There is also a cafe and a beautiful garden (however, I don’t think that our coffee was worth the price).

This Place is full of history with stunning views down Champs Elysees, the Tour Eiffel, Invalides and Jardin des Tuileries. So it's definitely a must-see.

Although beautiful in and of itself, it's not very well kept, and n you'll likely see rivers of water flowing from underneath the northern fountain.

This huge expo palace has been the site of many extraordinary shows, but now is closed for extensive renovations. You can get a good sense of its beauty and size by walking around, but it's a shame I could not go inside.

This was once the seat of the high fashion houses, where women would go to view live models showing the latest and be fitted for their own gowns. While there is still some high end shopping here, much of that has moved on and been replaced by offices. There are a couple of grand hotels and the lovely Champs Elysee Theater. A very upper class part of town.

If you're an English-speaker in Paris interested in either French cinema, French culture or meeting new people, I highly recommend you attend an event with Lost in Frenchlation.

I got to see their screening of "Bienvenue chez les ch'tis" at l'Arlequin cinema and had some amazing conversations with other international students, enjoyed some stand up comedy and watched a really funny French film!

Stretching out to the west, this was once the route that carts took to bring food to Les Halles for sale. Now it is a fairly narrow traffic street with some luxury shopping and a few churches. Good for window shopping.

We went with a group of girls for a fun night out. I really enjoyed it. The women are so beautiful and the acts were fun and tasteful. It was a little long for me but I thoroughly enjoyed it. If you are choosing between this and Moulin Rouge, definitely choose Crazy Horse. My favorite was the wigs!!

We were intending to visit the Grand Palais but it was closed and discovered the Palais de la Decouverte nearby while wandering around the area. As concessionaries, the entrance fee was 7€ each and we were given a map in English showing the various display areas and themes covered therein. Sadly, there was very little else in English so our understanding of many of the exhibits was limited. Nevertheless, we spent 2-3 hours wandering around looking at the many displays and enjoying “playing” with the interactive exhibits while also testing our basic, school French.

The themes covered within the museum included aspects of physics such as magnetism, light and sound; chemistry; anatomy (including a section titled “L’Ecole des rats”!); astronomy and mathematics.

Despite the lack of English notes, we enjoyed the visit but people with no knowledge of French should probably consider avoiding the museum.

It was absolutely amazing no complaints at all. Just go on foot because it can get very busy. Make sure you pack your own food because all the prices go way up. I would definitely go again!

While walking down the Champs Elysees, we came across this storefront with a Formula 1 Racing Car in the front window...it absolutely pulled me in!

While I am not the biggest Renault racing fan, the store was pretty cool...and had other vehicles to look at as well. If you have kids, they even have a Lego themed racing display. It is free to walk around and look at all the items they have. They also have Renault themed apparel and items if you would like to take some home.
