The driver contacted me to confirm pickup prior to our arrival. Had car seat for the kids was on time lovely manner. High quality vehicle that was spotlessly clean. Drivers were courteous, informative about the area and always on time. In Champagne country we had the same driver Habib for 6 trips. He was wonderful. One day he had croissants for an early morning pickup. Another day we were early getting out of dinner by an hour. I called him and he picked us up immediately. - Tony PManchester, UK31 contributionsWe were met and collected by Kesavan at the arrivals hall at CDG, Paris and escorted to an immaculate Lexus NX. Communication between us was perfect. Kesavan answered all our questions on our journey into Paris and provided a great insight in to how to get around Paris and places to visit. He spoke perfect English and readily conversed with my wife in French. He took time to understand our requirements and what we wanted to get out of our break in Paris. He is an absolute credit to the company and we were so impressed with him, we employed him to take us back to the airport four days later. Great price, great vehicle, great service. - John R3 contributionsPicked up from CDG by a pleasant enough guy (didn't get his name) and taken to disneyland. The TV volume wouldn't work and the remote was erratic at best as the buttons had a mind of their own so we resorted to having to watch silent tom and jerry on the TV as anything with dialogue would have been pointless.
On our return trip we had Kevin, who was absolutely faultless. Turned up at the prearranged time at the Sequoia Lodge and ensured we were all set up with the provided booster seats for the kids before setting off. And engaged positively with the kids asking what they wanted to watch and ensured the TV was all up and running before we set off for the airport.

It was our first time booking private transfer and we were very impressed at the service. Really friendly driver. My phone died the night before we were about to leave and my charger didn't work so I was getting worried but as soon as we walked out from our hotel we were greated by the lovely Kevin that was waiting for us. - Tony K3 contributionsThe whole trip to Paris Disney was great. But as stated in my previous review the park needs to sort its pricing out urgently. To re cap- inside the theme park a hot dog is ten euros. Chips are six euros and a soft drink is 4 euros. We had ten family members. That’s a lot of money for a light lunch. They are a multi million pound industry and families pay a lot of money to visit.
