Clara took us to a variety of stores during the January sales, and my wife was able to purchase 3 items of clothing. Before the trip Juliette reached out to us to discuss what we were looking for, and she also gave us some helpful travel tips.

She also helped us understand and get the VAT paperwork at each store-well worth her rate to have such a chic guide and seamless experience!
