Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Hoglinns12 contributionsOn Sunday we were booked on to the customised Christmas tour at Scone Palace. The festive decorations were impressively tasteful and tasteful and the ambience created by candles and fires was only surpassed by the interesting, engaging and informative tour provided by our guide Aileen. Not only could we access the Palace grounds but both the cafe and both shops were open ( unusual for a Scottish attraction in December) and I was able to buy my wife a suitably cosy seasonal hand-knitted hat! It proved a lovely way to spend a few hours on a dark December day. Thanks to all involved.Written 15 December 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Facemaker01Adelaide, Australia42 contributionsExcellent museum! Thoughtfully curated pieces which bring home the reality of death and how it can happen so easily in wartime. - Jessie CLondon, UK24 contributionsKinnoull Hill was one of the highlights of my trip to Scotland - the views from the top were incredible. I was lucky enough to see a rainbow while I was at the top which made the view even better 🤩
It was quite a steep walk up through the woods (which was trickier going downhill) but there were some benches once you get to the very top which make a nice spot for a picnic lunch.Written 25 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
