Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great for a free family outing.
Overlooking the harbour and close to rail and bus station, it is situated on the history-steeped Shiprow.
Well laid out, with masses of information about the history, importance and influence of Aberdeen's past, present and its gateway to the future.
The staff were all so helpful and friendly.
The shop is a treasure trove of all things sea-related and a challenge to resist, I loved it.

A visit to this location was included in our tour group itinerary. It is an old fishing village area of Aberdeen with a distinctive layout of small colourful and differing distinctive cottages very close together. There are also a small number of business premises and the "streets" within the area are mainly paved paths rather than roads. Visitors need to respect the privacy of residents, when walking around the locality

Huge beautiful castle ruins! It was an easy 20 minute walk from the bus station. There is nobody working there you just come and go as you please. It’s right on the edge of the cliffs so use common sense while exploring. Definitely worth the trip to Peterhead!

So many hands on activities for my 6 year old grandson...lots of fun had by us both. Educational and fun, keeping him occupied for almost 3 hours. Friendly, helpful staff and wee workshops to enjoy.

Only had a short time to visit so we limited what we saw. Lots of interesting exhibitions but I particularly enjoyed the ones about women and the comparisons between French & Scottish Impressionists. Really well done & informative.

Beautiful gardens. Favorite place to visit any time of the year. Lot of different settings. Landscaping has made most of the terrain. Favorite with photographers

A lovely park in the centre of Aberdeen, it has an interesting Pets Corner, at a reasonable cost, extensive play parks for the kids, some good walks, and a beautiful rose garden. There is a cafe centrally, and a hut selling drinks and snacks. The cafe had a good choice of drinks, meals and cakes, but the service was a little slow. Well worth a visit!

We thoroughly enjoyed the tour, it was so interesting and our two tour guides were very easy to listen to. We especially loved the story of Jake the Ghost
It will make our next visit to His Majesty's more special knowing what goes on behind the stage ( picture attached) and how the theatre has changed.
