Katy was a patient but brilliant tutor and made the beginners lesson such fun and progress was made by all participants.
I had several lessons last year and was really impressed by the quality of the instruction.
We chose ‘The Hunter’ package as it provided a wide range of activities, practical lessons on the outdoors as well as the ‘traditional’ stag elements i.e. having a few beers and heading to the pub.

I am a novice and have had very little experience of cycling, but by the time the lesson had finished I was mountain biking along the trails and really enjoying myself.
I'd recommend lessons whether you are an experienced rider or a novice.
Great tuition, great ride in the Class A car, and superbly thought out day.
4. Our instructors Nick and Steve were first class.

The workshop experience, with the incredibly skilled and patient Paul and Rowena, far exceeded expectations and we all loved every minute of it.
We would love to come back if more advanced classes ever become available but, in the meantime, we will treasure all the things we made and we've got so many photos which will give us very happy memories for years...
An excellent workshop with Andy on Skomer Island... his relaxed, informal style was perfect - full of information and his extensive knowledge of the area was invaluable in getting us to the best locations for some...
The boat trip combined an invaluable photography lesson, a great wildlife experience and also a taste of the history of Skomer and the surrounding countryside.

We were there at harvest time ( botanicals, juniper) Great to have some added to my bag on purchasing!! Great Gin, world class and has won awards.
A great little craft centre, with a wide array of workshops and a good little tea room.
It was an excellent workshop, very well organized, full logistic support, and amazing photographic opportunities with superlative teaching by Nigel.
I came here to one of Nigel's workshops, we had an amazing day out in the beautiful Brecon Beacons and Nigel knew all the best places.

We stayed in Bristol for three nights and attended one of Lisa’s chocolate workshops as a treat for my daughter, we absolutely loved it, we came away with generous amounts of delicious chocolate and a new obsession!
I took my two boys to a Christmas Chocolate workshop at the Chocolate Tart in Bristol last December and we loved every minute.
