Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We loved the whole experience, the climb was great and we then had plenty of time at the top to go in the snow globe and look around at the views from the platform, made all the better by the glorious weather that day. Lily our guide was excellent, chatted to everyone and was more than happy to take photos for everyone at the top along with the other guides.

The IFS Cloud Cable Car is a fun way to cross the Thames between the 02 and Excel. Whilst we has a travelcard (so could have used the Tube and DLR) the cable car was much more fun (although not probably faster as we had to queue for tickets, the queue again to cross). N.B There is no-longer a reduction in ticket price for travelcard holders.

Amazing experience . We did the walk over the stadium with Jake . He was great the whole way through . Loved the fact her remembered our little girls name and kept checking in with her and gave her a high five at the end . He made our experience .
Also did the stadium tour , every single member of staff was helpful and friendly. Such a great day .

We saw the close-up magic show which comprised performances by 4 magicians. They had very different styles of magic - but all of them were fantastic! A great and baffling evening of entertainment. We also enjoyed the tour of the museum.

This is a real gem, especially on a rainy day.
We didn't know a lot about the place and were surprised how much there is to see and learn about this interesting museum which is full of information, both interactive and with many unusual exhibits to view. It tells the story of how it came about and the interesting characters who helped shape it all. From the carrying out of medical experiments, which in turn lead to a better understanding, with huge leaps forward in medical science using both human intuition and science.

We had a great time exploring behind the scenes in this amazing stadium. The tour groups weren't too large and we were allowed to take our time all the way around. We ended up alone in several of the areas, so had even better opportunities for photos!

I must say the staff were excellent - from the security to the guides to the shop staff. All very friendly, helpful and polite. They went out of their way to make it a great experience.

Reasonably priced and a must for Spurs fans.

A very cool place for all race fans! Even if you’re not a fan, you’ll quickly get sucked in.

Choice several game modes with food and drink served to your area whilst you play. Service was very good and the venue has a good atmosphere.

Highly recommended and would happily visit again.

We visited the museum as a family with our children aged 12, 14 and 24. We found something interesting for each of us. There are models of postal transport from different periods on display: a mail coach, a five-wheeled bicycle (I had no idea such a thing existed before), a motorcycle, a bus, a car and a metro - you can even ride it, it is included in the ticket price. The stands tell various short entertaining stories from the history of the post office. There are interactive games and small activities for children of different ages. You can try on historical postal service uniform and take photos. The museum is rather small, but that's its advantage - we looked at the exhibition without getting tired. The museum is located on two sites, in total it took us 2.5 hours (with the ride), we even did not have enough time for everything, but we were in a hurry for the timetable of postal metro ride. I think with children you need to plan 3-4 hours to see, try and discuss everything, and relax at indoor cafe. The metro ride was 15 minutes, quite enough to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the postal service. By the way, the scenes in the Vatican postal metro for the film "Hudson Hawk" which we love a lot were filmed right here, at these tunnels. I saw in previous reviews on Tripadvisor that some time before our visit the rides were cancelled due to flooding in the tunnels, so we called the museum on the date of visiting to check if the ride was open again, luckily it was already open, I recommend checking.

We didn't really know what to expect but were certainly not disappointed. Going into the auditorium was certainly a wow moment. The setting was amazing with the stage in the middle of the dining area. We were within touching distance of Charles Dickens throughout the performance! The staff were on hand to see to all our food and drink requirements. The whole event was quite unique, entertaining and so atmospheric.

A really interesting look back at medicine and how it evolved. Priced well for the time spent and was really interesting.

What a stunning burst of colour- a real feast of neon of the eyes! Have been to something similar in Hungary- where they had original advertising boards and the evolution of neon advertising- having worked in adverting I found it fascinating.

This was equally as brilliant, some fantastic nostalgic signage- not a fault at all but I don’t know if it still captivated the kids attention after twenty minutes, next time I’ll come alone as I could of stayed all day.

My husband and I had an amazing experience yesterday with our gin instructor Jess. I highly recommend you book. Jess was brilliant and very knowledgeable in the history of gin. She made the class very fun and helped us formulate our gin recipes. She made sure everyone was happy with the gin they created.
You get to drink many gin and tonics and a couple Tom Collins throughout the experience . I would gift this experience to all gin lovers .

Dennis Severs' House is strange and mysterious - so if you're expecting a typical museum with explanatory plaques and brightly lit artwork, you'll be surprised! You are led into a dark residential house, elaborately decorated with historical pieces. It feels more like a theatre or film set than something historically accurate but you can imagine Miss Haversham living here. For that, it is fascinating and eerily wonderful. Visiting at Christmas felt special, as the Victorian-era rooms were reminiscent of Dickens' 'A Christmas Carol'. Please note: because the building is listed, the museum is not accessible for wheelchair users or people with mobility issues, which is unfortunate. There also is not a bathroom on site.

An incredible historical site, entirely operated by volunteers, featuring a working beam engine! We were transported back to the Victorian era on a fantastic Routemaster bus, with only steam-powered vehicles around. What a wonderful day out!
