Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My visit to the Tower of London was a memorable and enriching experience. The combination of history, architecture, and storytelling made it one of the most captivating attractions I’ve ever explored.
The site can get very crowded, particularly in the Crown Jewels exhibit. Timed entry or stricter crowd management might enhance the experience.

    British Museum:

A Timeless Treasure Trove of History and Culture

The British Museum is an absolute masterpiece of human history, culture, and art. From the moment you walk into its grand halls, you’re transported across time and continents, exploring the incredible achievements of civilizations throughout history.

The collection is breathtaking in its diversity, from the iconic Rosetta Stone and the Elgin Marbles to the dazzling treasures of ancient Egypt and beyond. Every corner of the museum tells a story, offering visitors a rare chance to connect with the past in a deeply meaningful way.

What makes the experience even better is the thoughtful layout and curation. Each exhibit is accompanied by clear, insightful information, making it accessible to everyone, from history buffs to curious first-time visitors. The museum’s architecture, especially the stunning Great Court, adds to the magic of the visit.

And the best part? Admission is free, ensuring that this cultural gem is accessible to all. Whether you have an hour or a whole day, the British Museum is a place you’ll never forget. It’s a must-visit for anyone in London.

    Best family activities all ways.

It looks daunting from the ground, but the ride itself is not something to worry about even if you are a bit afraid of heights. It felt very safe and did not move fast at all. Great way to get an eagles view of the area.

This was so reasonably priced and such a good exhibition. Thoroughly enjoyed and well worth the money . We loved the glass walkway in the bridge . Would certainly recommend.

Beautiful, at night you can make wonderful pics because probably you will be alone . During the day and especially when the guards are changing it's a bit crazy but it's worthy

Couldn't fault the staff whatsoever, they were perfect and very welcoming.
We had a wheelchair user with us as daughter had broken her foot and the staff were wonderful, we were approached while waiting in the queue and were allowed to queue jump and access the museum via the exit ramp, staff were great at helping out and giving advise wherever possible. It was a very positive experience, was just a shame that some of the public (not all) were ignorant and rude trying to rush in and cut each other up like a herd of cows, we literally had an adult sit on top of daughter in the wheelchair.

There are not many places in London with a view like the one offered by Sky Garden. We came here for a meal and before sitting down, we spent nearly an hour just enjoying the views in all directions. A great place also to take photos from above of different London landmarks, although with the glass around the viewing platform, there is a problem with reflection.

We had heard a lot about Camden market and were keen to take a look. I'm glad we did as it definitely has a vibe to it. It is very crowded, however, and if you are someone who is not keen on hustle and bustle with some fairly leery characters, then this may not the be the place for you. There is lots to do - the market itself is fun and there are tons of pubs cafes etc where you can find refreshment. There is even a theatre about a pub (The Etcetera theatre) which has some fun drama on.

Definitely recommend Big Ben and Westminster area in general. Great location and since the refurb on Big Ben it’s self you can really see the improvement and positive impact it has on the aesthetics of the whole surrounding area too!

There is always somewhere in the park you can find peace, quiet and solitude. There is history, wildlife, architecture, culture and exercise available if you want it. I prefer to quietly walk around the serpentine and the gardens.

I stay around Buckingham palace mainly because it’s just wonderful to get your morning and evening walk at St James Park. Walking track is great along the lake which has ducks and pelicans. Lots of pigeons and large squirrels to keep you company. Take time away from shopping g to enjoy the tranquility of the park, there are coffee kiosks on both sides.
