- Rickey Y44 contributionsI stopped by here on my way to Borough Market one day. As a Methodist, I wanted to get a better insight to John Wesley and Methodism as a whole.
The church and museum are incredibly easy to find a short walk from several tube stations.
Once onsite the house is the the right and the church is directly in front with a museum in front of you. I found the church to be absolutely gorgeous on the inside and popped down into the museum/shop for some small items.
I do wish I saw more staff around. The only people I encountered were to pay in the shop. I had wanted to see inside Wesley House and get a little more information, but it didn't seem to be in the cards for me on this particular day.

Get the double shot cocktails, we had G&T and rum punch. Vibe was epic. Cool music. Hipster and funky ground. - Arooj HSide, Türkiye13 contributionsI’m so glad they’ve upgraded the experience from regular chocolate slabs/buttons to truffle making, as the truffles are more interested to make and are actually incredibly yummy. Had I been making chocolate buttons I would have been a bit bored. But my friend and I enjoyed the truffle making a lot, they were so tasty, the toppings selection was good, and our host, Brendan was clear, funny and entertaining. - MG04London, UK15 contributionsI have been shopping at SH for nearly 30 years at various sites around the area and have always had the best service. The knowledge of staff and non-judgement is a place women can shop, be themselves and get what they need. It is a safe environment
and has helped many woman enjoy themselves for many years. The hall is beautiful, the atmosphere great, very inclusive and friendly staff everywhere. The Gig was magic. The night started with the talented Alice Boyd supporting, followed by Liana, who shone through, alongside her accompanying musicians, talent galore.

They even let us into their current display before it officially opened because we could only go on the day before. Bar staff decided to take their shirts off (men only) which seemed slightly weird and meant they were doing a bit more dancing than making drinks.
