He kept us calm, escorted us in and around and got us a spot at the bar later that evening to dance the night away. Mr. Matti: We lovingly call him the "Cheb Khalid of London." His voice and music are as mesmerizing as the star himself—and he even resembles him! Every performance feels like a private Cheb Khalid concert.
Mr. Fady: Known to us as the “Eagle Eye of Egypt,” Fady has an uncanny ability to read people like a chief judge, ensuring everyone is happy. His warm smile can turn any grumpy mood around.
Mr. Joshi & Mr. Elio: True leaders, these two don’t hesitate to roll up their sleeves. Whether it's picking up plates or taking orders, they lead by example, showing that no task is too small. Fady often joins in, reinforcing this great teamwork.

The dealers were terrific, skillful and personable. The gaming experience here is much recommended.
Blackjack rules are as standard in Europe: 3:2 blackjack, dealer stands on soft 17. In the afternoon, the minimum blackjack bet was ÂŁ10, and this rises as the evening progresses. There are relatively few slots, which adds to the positive ambience.
No good words to say about entry. The unfriendly bouncers at the door clearly think it's their job to discourage customers, growling for ID and making the encounter unpleasant. This was my first post-pandemic trip to Palm Beach and it was a literal rude awakening. Some casinos cheat like hell. Not this particular branch. I have been to some Grosvenor Casino branches that are absolute rubbish with the worst and most impossible cards and outcomes. Again, this one on Edgware Road is OK. They have a fantastic mix of dealers of ALL ethnicities, which is so refreshing to see. I strongly recommend this casino. NB. There are some lovely people there, still maintaining a good standard of service, with a cheerful, efficient way. Laura with her Nuts...good price and quality...served with a smile and time for her customers. Fernando with his Sweet Caroline Cafe...efficient pleasant and hard working. Although this was a very busy night for them, they still managed to secure a table and gave us a very professional and attentive service.

Staff were really friendly and had a great time. The only complaint was that the oackage itself was supposed to include ÂŁ15 per person to use at the bar. But it turns out we couldn't use the vouchers for drinks and instead had to use them as free chips on the tables. I got in about 20.25. Ordered food. About 20.30. Place was quiet. Not many ppl. When it was arriving to my time to leave I was present with my food. Had to inform my colleagues that I woukd be a bit late.

Food was amazing, Garlic Prawns and Chicken Satay followed by Rib-eye Steak and Teriyaki Salmon. If you've never been to a casino and have always wanted too this is the place to go. Nice welcome! Insider the casino we found it small, the receptionist joked and called it cosy. From memory I'd say it only had 4 or 5 roulette tables with a low, low 50p minimum-totality (amazballs for london), around the same amount of blackjack tables, and I believe I saw something like a punto table and a few other punto type card games(?) (I like swamping the roulette tables with colours, might give 21 a go but I've never really been interested in games like punto banco just feels like a coin toss on red or black to me. so apologises if I've got it wrong and the other games ain't punto). There were a few casino floor runners who were pointing out certain players/groups with hot hands to watch out for, so that was interesting. I was there at 11:30pm on a weeknight so the crowd at, for example the roulette tables, wasn't "upscale" (though they may be rich idk).
The bar downstairs, by the tables, had more happening and some additional draft beers than upstairs. Upstairs was totally dead.
Can take your drink upstairs where there's glasses of water provided too, if you want to watch sports and do your own thing to regroup.
