Cuckmere Haven Seaford

Great views, good walkng, farm and wildlife, also on the edge of Friston forest or RT Cuckmere beach.. Just be sure the cafe at the country park centre is open if you plan to grab a recharge drink or snack.
It is just a really nice walk to the stony beach and then it is normally a bit wild and rough and just a great view on the Seven Sisters.

Gorgeous beaches, lovely little shops and galleries, the pier had most of the rides closed but still a lovely walk along the pier.

The beaches are predominantly stones and the waves in places, particularly to the west can be quite severe especially for young children.
It has everything, a great pier, beautiful architecture, lovely flowers, beach huts, cafes, a road train that runs it's length....The bandstand is unique and the whole place has a quiet elegance.

... the shore, the antics of the sea gulls, the museums and gallery, the funicular railway, restaurants, fish shops, curiosity shops and the variety of black wooden huts sprawling from the beach to the under cliff.
This is an area of shingle beach where all the fishing boats are, near to East Hill funicular railway.
