Well worth a visit & if you can get up the spiral tower the view is to die for I have lived in Chesterfield all my life and when people say that they know of the Crooked Spire it makes me very proud.

The prices are good, and again the staff are welcoming and efficient; there is plenty of seating inside, as well as on the terrace with its lovely views across the gardens.

There are many landmarks around the village marking the events and plaques on houses and cottages describing who lived there and who died and survived.
When visiting Eyam I would suggest you visit the museum first and then walk around the village visiting the sites you have just learnt all about.
