Watergate Bay

Cornwall has some good beaches but this one is excellent long sandy beach great for swimming and especially surfing.
Clean, sandy, surfer friendly beaches - excellent eateries (Jamie Oliver's "Fifteen" Restaurant) and cafes with toilet facilities nearby.
Holywell Bay Beach
#17 of 65 Outdoor Activities in Newquay
In my opinion one of the best beaches in Cornwall, situated on the coastal path where you get some fantastic views of the beach from different perspectives.
I've been to many great beaches up and down the UK but I have to say Holywell is the nicest I've been to .
Porth Beach

A little beach quieter than most in Newquay, It's a bit further from the main town but has lovely walks along the cliff edge to other little beaches such as Lusty Glaze.
Fantastic beach, with rock pools, caves and hidden beaches, the tide coming in is well worth watching.

Towan Beach

Great places to explore, and if you are lucky enough when the tide is out, you can walk between the different beaches.
Cornwall has the lovely resort of Newquay amongst many others and with 7 beaches along it's coastline there is plenty to like.

Whipsiderry Beach

This is one of the most interesting beaches in the area with fine sand and several islands and caves to explore.
The water is crystal clear and was warm to swim in, when compared with the other beaches along the coast.
