Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- BadgeyBoyCorsham, UK33 contributionsWe had a week with friends in the Tremblant area, loved it. It’s not cheap (hence only 4 stars) but it’s a great area to visit, with lots to do; we embraced being tourists & did most of the activities, rode the cable cars, enjoyed the scenery, Tonga Illumina (night walk), the Luge, hired a pontoon boat on the lake, cycled, walked and canoed. Superb! We had great hosts which helped, but would recommend Tremblant & can’t wait to go back.
If you love running, cycling, walking, there are great off road paths in the woods, offering endless options. The lake & rivers, were perfect for swimming, sailing, canoeing & boating and would recommend.
Tremblant is popular & as such gets busy at weekends, but definately worth a visit and only 90/120 mins from Montréal Airport.

It’s one of the most beautiful trail systems I’ve ever skied on. You feel deep in the forest and the varied options like lakes, and rivers add to the fun. Lots of great hills! Chickadees feeding from your hand is so unique; they give you a packet of seeds if you want at the lodge. Really friendly folks in there and a nice little cafe with yummy food; I had the grilled cheese with bacon, soup and a coffee. The mountain range around it is stunning, as is the forest. I did the Grande Allee trail that loops around the property and highly recommend it. Love that they built huge picnic shelters with fireplaces! I will be back to explore more trails. Also want to come in Summer as they allow e-bikes. Go! Worth the trip!Written 14 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - redfivef122Gloucester, MA4 contributionsThe local people have been wonderful for 52 years with me and my family and friends.
They remember me at different places and events racing or the Blues Festivals. We used to come for 2 weeks for the Blues Festivals when they ran for 10 days. The Circuit race track was ranked the 4th most difficult in the world in the 70's and has just gotten better with every year. The golf is fabulous world class at the Giant or the Devil. I use time shares for everything. I developed many friendships there and connect with them often.Written 12 May 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. First time on my new skate skis, trails were just groomed after finally receiving snow, mild weather, very few people, friendly staff... it was perfect!

Rest of food poor quality as well.
Casino was fun, staff great…no complaints at all.
Bus service to ski hill was free and ran every 30 minutes…parking at casino was free as well.Written 13 February 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. It’s a bit tricky to find, but it fortunately it shows up on Google Maps. As you go north on Chem. du Lac Baptiste the free parking lot appears on your right and is marked with a large P. Be prepared for the steep gravel driveway that goes up to the newly expanded parking lot. The trail is rated as Difficult, and I think it’s fairly described as Moderate to Difficult. It took us about 2.5 hours to complete the circle trail, and we took our time as it was quite muddy. I think everything has been written in the previous reviews about the breathtaking vistas you will enjoy when you reach the summit. It’s well worth it. The trail itself is well marked, and it’s also very pretty, especially where it follows a small stream. On a weekday in September there were only handful of other hikers on the trail, but I’m sure it gets busy on the weekends, especially when the leaves change colour.Written 12 September 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. I see some reviews reference a dated facility but it does look like it has been recently redone and no issue with the building for me. Food and drinks on site, although not cheap. The experience on the hill was a lot of fun but after a few times down it gets old (for adults at least)Written 28 February 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Loulou773Ottawa, Canada30 contributionsQuite a few shops were not open. What was open was very expensive, even when on sale. I guess it's because we were at the end of the season. Very slim pickings.Written 8 September 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Jamie LBrockville, Canada275 contributionsWhat a fun way to spend time with family! We did the 2-run package for 26$, and you can control the speed which is a good thing as they do go fast.Written 31 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
