Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We booked a family sesh with our 11 & 8yo kids. Best time ever. Our little one has anxiety and other issues. When we came out, she actually said, she hasn’t felt this good in ages.

Amazing and helpful stuff. Our family has a new fave for weekends.

Very cathartic for the whole family, and lots of fun for everyone. I cannot like this enough! We will be back!

My husband skated growing up and thought we could get into it now as a family. The kids love the small rink, so they can learn in a designated area and not become overwhelmed in the large rink. I'm learning on quad skates as an adult, but there are always experienced skaters who work for Digi and are happy to help. We're making the weekend learn to skate classes a regular thing.

We all enjoy the music and the games are open to everyone, so it's really inclusive. I have bumped into some other mums learning, and it's nice not to be the only one. The staff are always friendly. Just be aware there is no aircon (but they have the windows open for air), so bring plenty of water.

I am a club shooter, and regularly compete. I’ve been trying to find a Time to introduce a friend to the sport, and Hillcrest was the most practical venue. It was my first time there as well. The staff were excellent, I could not fault their safety briefing. The venue was well appointed. It was a pleasant experience, I’ll definitely be going back.
