Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Christopher RShepton Mallet, UK56 contributionsSmall friendly resort catering mainly for ski du fond, raquettes (snow shoes) and walking although possibility of alpine skiing and snowboarding within the locality.
Good range of local commerce including 2 supermarkets for self catering. The Swiss frontier is only a few kms. away and I thoroughly recommend taking the local train from Le Cluse to Nyon, situated alongside Lac Leman.
The ski bus serves all the adjacent villages and is a great way to see the local area.Written 30 January 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The golf course is very well maintained and nicely located at the foot of the Jura mountains. The restaurant offers a nice variety of food and menus for reasonable prices.Written 4 September 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - GuyBoleGeneva, Switzerland28 contributionsThe place is quite unique. The furniture and other numerous items are rather expensive but good value for money. You can have the pieces of furniture tailor made. Staff is friendly and competent. Whether you wish to buy, or get advice or gather new ideas, it is well worth a visit.Written 6 August 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - David MLyon, France133 contributionsTo do when the weather is not nice. But very smelly and industrial production. To compare with smaller and human scale cheese factory. Not expensive for the visit.Written 30 July 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
