    Niagara tour
    We had the most amazing and perfect day. Our tour guide Eduardo was fantastic he was so informative and went above and beyond to make an extraordinary day. We saw so many beautiful sites. I would definitely recommend the American and Canadian side tour.

    What a great day!
    Michael was an excellent guide. He not only made the trip exciting and amusing but also made a couple of calls that meant that we had clear views of the falls and we had a great view from the tower. The small group meant a more personal tour, with Michael's witty banter livening up the drive between stops. I would highly recommend Niagara and Toronto tours for the seamless day trip.

    Tour guid perfect
    Tour guide is perfect in the vehicle and managing. The time is perfect to show us everything we need to know about them. Nigraphied ander surrounding area saving time saving money

    Recommend
    Our driver, Tina, was great. She offered helpful tips and was so friendly and fun. Wineries were family owned, which we loved and staff was very friendly. We didn't feel rushed.

    Wonderful falls
    This is a great trip. Highly recommended. Our tour guide Dwayne was fantastic. Very upbeat and positive. The trip is nicely paced and of course there niagra falls are breathtaking. You must do the boat!

    This Tour Made Us Fall in Love With Niagara Falls !!
    Had best time on this tour. Early pickup from hotel lobby meant early arrival in Niagara Falls. Fancy but smaller tourist van meant we were comfortable, could actually interact with the guide and other guests. We basically had 'skip the line' access to Behind the Falls, the Skylon Tower and Boat Ride - - amazing. It was a beautiful day, so all our pictures are gorgeous. Behind The Falls was such a special treat and angle to view the falls. The Skylon Tower had spectacular views of the entire falls area. And the Boat Ride was unexpectedly 'up close' and 'wet'. I knew we would get misted on - but it was super watery and hard to keep eyes open as we rode into the circle of the falls. It was everything. This was our first visit to Niagara Falls and this tour really hit every highlight. We also had some free time to walk around/catch lunch. Our tour guide, Ryan, was super knowledgeable and provided great tips to ensure we experienced everything we wanted to during our visit. Highly recommend this tour - and Trip Shepherd in general. We also took other smaller tours with them in Toronto - and they were terrific. Merci from Maryland, USA

    Revolving Restaurant View was worth it
    Niagara Falls is one of those breathtaking natural wonders, offering stunning views and exhilarating experiences. The powerful waterfalls, scenic boat rides, and surrounding attractions make it a must visit destination for nature, lovers, and adventure seekers like. Over the years it’s become more popular as the crowds are getting larger. The Canadian side overlooking the falls on the US side is definitely my preferred view. Also more restaurants and amenities on the Canada side, so take note Buffalo, NY!

    Great dome experience!
    The private dome experience was simply wonderful! When the door opens and you see inside, it’s just fabulous! The charcuterie board was great and the wine….wonderful! Alex was our consultant and he provided such great history of the winery and made our experience truly enjoyable! It’s hard to pick a favorite, but the peach wine and the ice wine were outstanding! We really enjoyed our time at Konzelmann!

    Great Niagra Falls Tour
    Dayno was an excellent tour guide. Had excellent info about the falls and the area. Gave great recommendations for what to do, where to eat and what to eat. Everything went smoothly and made our site seeing enjoyable.

    Nice winery tour
    Our tour guide Jeff was very knowledgeable and gave us great information on the trip. The trip was nicely timed...did not feel rushed. Puck up your location was a plus!

    Top tier service- Best wine tour company in the niagara region!!
    Out of Town Lincoln exceeded all of my expectations. Myself and my partner and another couple went and from the jump the owner Cory was prompt in responding to any emails or phone calls I had with questions. He also went out of his way to help me plan a surprise proposal for the other couple on the trip. He helped pick a suitable winery and connect me with their manager. Not to mention day of our driver Don surprised the couple with a card and bottle of wine to congratulate them after hearing about it. If I could give more than five stars I would. Don our driver was so kind and personable and made sure we were comfortable, taken care of, and never rushed. He offered wonderful recommendations. This is now our third wine tour and we will never book anywhere else, and will always request Don. The lunch pairing was also phenomenal. Great value and unbeatable service from start to finish. Thank you for making this so incredibly special and memorable!!

    Budget friendly
    A great budget friendly day trip from Toronto to Niagara falls. Haroon was a great guide, always making sure we were all OK, had all the information we wanted and answered questions and gave good information throughout the trip.
    We were in a small group of 8 for the day. Everything was on time and we had plenty of time to explore the falls area and get lunch.
    I would recommend this trip if you have a day a would like to see the falls when staying in Toronto
