Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

    Such a fun evening.
You are encouraged to have a drink at the bar and chat to the actors before the show begins. They are extremely welcoming and love to chat to their audience.
The show is hilarious and you recognise and are familiar with each sketch as you’ve been doing exactly the same things throughout your time in Jasper.
The warmth for this beautiful town is clear throughout their performance - who doesn’t LOVE Jasper?

So glad we stopped in. We sound our a place we were going to visit was affected by a road closure. Also did some souviner shopping that benefits the parks.

We were not pleased with our room, "Partial View of Lake" It was very musty smelling. The room was a nice size and clean. Towels need replaced. We did tell the front desk and they apologized, and we should asked to be moved but didn't. That was our only negative experience. All staff members were amazing! Very friendly and helpful. The main hotel, lobby and restaurant was beautiful. Food was fantastic! The grounds are very nice (some construction going on) and spectacular views!! We would return, but would stay in the main lodge. We are now at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, AMAZING!

My wife was poking around on websites during our stay in Jasper looking for backup things in case it was raining on our last morning. My trip preparations had focused on the major, exclusively outdoor activities, and I hadn't even run across this one. The rain mostly held off, but we still had some time and opted to visit this place.

The museum is located on the northwest side of Jasper, just beyond a large complex of their public schools. They have a large parking lot (free) adjacent to the museum which they may share with other local public buildings (it looked like there was an indoor public pool across the street).

When we entered, the only staffer on duty gave a stock speech about admission being free but donations were accepted in several forms, etc. After that (and donating), you are free to explore. Most of the exhibits are in a large loop. The timeline of the town proceeds clockwise. There are some artifacts, maps, sketches, and photos on the wall. Each exhibit covers some topic that was relevant at the specific time-period and this gives a good overall impression of how things developed in the area.

I don't think it is the sort of place you'd need to go back to multiple times, but it was worth a stop.

We love this place and had a great talk to the owner. We purchased a porcupine quill jewelry box which was just amazing. There were lots of other things we would like to have bought but space in the suitcases was limited

Only a few passenger trains pass through here each week. The staff, on the whole, were friendly and the station is small and well-kept.

I am honestly not sure how we ended up here for I am not really into taxidermy; however, the display is really well done, and definitely worth a visit if you are.

Nadia was wonderful. I really appreciated all of her hard work on making my wedding special. She took her time and consistently asked to ensure I was happy.

I‘m clocklike getting physio at home, but I have never got a better treatment than here in Jasper. Booked a second session for the following day straight away.
Thank you Philip for your healing hands and helpful stretching tips. You are an expert!

We visited Spa Jasper from Michigan in September and the best way to describe the experience is by this " relaxing, restorative and rejuvenating" it's an Oasis for the soul. From the first call to booking the reservation, you could feel the caring approach that the Spa Jasper team offers. The massage therapists are exceptional, my therapist was not only versed in the discipline of blending the mind with the body, but she had professional experience as a physical therapist as well, what a nice bonus. The atmosphere of the spa is that of a relaxed Ritz-Carlton, it has the professional amenities and approach of a luxury spa but tastefully done in a relaxed vibe. Later found out that the owner actually came from Ritz-Carlton of years past. I strongly recommend Spa Jasper -- it is well worth it.

Certainly one of the best experiences we’ve had so far on our Canada vacation. From start to finish we felt welcome, safe and, most importantly, we had lots of fun!
The scenery is second to none, and the river rafting route was so beautiful. Mountains and rafting together, what’s not to love! Strongly recommend.
Biggest shout out goes to Josh who was our rafter. He captained the raft wonderfully, made it fun, gave us interesting facts about the surrounding country side and also made us laugh because he created a fun environment. Jordan who ran the trip was also tip top, making us feel welcome at the top and provided comprehensive safety guidance. Final compliment goes to Maxime in the office who made our day by helping us swap our session. Without her help and kindness we wouldn’t have experienced this memorable afternoon.
