Alexa was very nice and informative. The restaurant they recommended was not good and overpriced. The tour itself was great aside from the food and the bus was clean and comfortable.

We did not get tour of towns or pyramid: guide took us to four churches instead of just one. Very disappointed: only got one hour of free time at the end to walk around Puebla.

My guide, Luiz, was terrific! The views were fantastic - beautiful country. I was traveling alone and am a woman in my mid fifties who is in good health. Level one was enough for me as I had not acclimated to the altitude. Luiz was patient in stopping as I needed. The views were gorgeous. A fantastic day indeed.

Me encantó mucho pero necesitan mejorar la transportación porque no había suficiente espacio para todos.
The actual tour was great but they need to improve transport as the van was not big enough for all of us to fit.

The guide, Renato, was very knowledgeable and spoke English well. Cholula is beautiful. If you are in Puebla it is a "must see."

We started at 8:15 with pre-arranged pickup at our AirBnB which we appreciated. Our driver, Raul, was very pleasant and capable. The drive is close to 2 hours over very bumpy roads. Our group was a set of 10 people who were both Spanish and English speaking. The van had seating for 12 and was a tight fit.
Our guide, Jose Luis, was excellent at explaining the history in both languages and taking us around. The cities of Cholula and Puebla were wonderful and we enjoyed the trip but would make a few recommendations.
    1) Make sure to bring water and snacks as none are provided. We didn't end up eating until 3pm
    2) The climb to the top of the cathedral in Cholula is not easy and not for everyone.
    3) In Puebla, everyone in our group was extremely disappointed with the food at Casa Real Poblana. It is a buffet and had limited offerings and what was offered was not good. It would be better to allow people to find their own food and have some free time and rejoin at a central meeting point.
We arrived back in MXDC around 7:30 and since we were the last drop off didn't get home until 8:30 so a long day

Excellent tour with Renato! We learned so much about Puebla while having the tour adjusted for our pace and needs (I’m pregnant and we had our two year old in tow, too).

Aleyn was our tour guide and she was exceptional. We met at the tourist office just across from the Zocalo at 1 PM. We went on a walking tour of the city around the Zocalo and stopped at about five or six different places to eat. All of them were very good. Most were very small stands and out-of-the-way places that we probably never would have gone to on our own. there are a lot of interesting stories about the places we ate and also about the city of Puebla. One we especially enjoyed was El Sultan. There was also a candy shop on the dolce’s Street and a wonderful bakery with fresh cooked goods. This was a great orientation to the city and just a good time. I would highly recommend such a tour on your arrival to Puebla.

Our guide Rogelio was an outstanding, friendly and informative guide to Puebla and Cholula, The adventure is a little long and I would probably recommend leaving out Cholula which was okay but the high point of the excursion is beautiful and charming Puebla with it's churches, central square, charming streets and people

This is a great value trip to explore Cholula, the many churches and the central market.
I cannot comment on the pyramid because I went on a Monday when both the archaeological site and the museum are closed.
The tour organiser was very gracious as they extended my ticket to the next day because I was unwell on the planned day.

Everything about our experience was first rate. Communication was really easy. Our guide Alberto at Challulah was a wealth of information and Ulysses, our host for the day, was such a delight to spend time with. He was so knowledgeable and took us to some fascinating places. Can't recommend highly enough.

    Perfect.
I have done many food tours. The length of time for this one was perfect. About 2.5 - 3 hours. Some get way too long.
The food choices were delicious and reflected the culture of Puebla. Ronnie was a great host.

Puebla was one of the most welcoming cities I have been at, the people were really friendly even tho they spoke a different language

The guide was really attentive and took care of our needs during the tour, the Cholula stop was very interesting

Hola! We enjoyed the tour really much! You‘ll have a stunning view to the Popocatapetl and can see the Eruptions, the landscape changes beautifully. The guide was perfect, he motivated the group, prepared a good lunch and spoke perfect english. Thank you, it was lovely!

We booked the Cholula/Puebla day trip from Mexico City and were picked up from our hotel on time. Our guide, Francisco, was very knowledgeable about the places we were visiting, and also about the ancient and recent history of Mexico. He was also very flexible to our itinerary preferences. I would not hesitate to recommend this tour!
