green jungle, clean and white sand and a shallow sea a wonderful place to relax, a lot of monkeys that end up intact nature
This isn't an amusement park so I'd suggest steering clear of offending the locals.

The trail will leave you hot and sweaty but plenty of nice bars in Ao Nang to rest and recoup or if you're coming from Ao Nang the national park beach in front of Centara more than makes up for the exercise!
The nature trail is quite steep in parts so I would recommend wearing trainers.

Its like a complete water park for kids and my child enjoyed a lot.

There is an opportunity for shade by the trees which lead onto a neat pathway through a small park and this is lined by small shops and restaurants and local street food traders.
Had (=Beach) Noppharat Thara is a part of "Had Noppharat Thara - Mu Ko (=Island) Pi Pi National Park" and this says enough about the beauty, the cleanness and the calm of this Beach.
