... - I was slightly disappointed in the tour but amazed by the rum they produce - their Governor's Reserve Dark Rum is the best rum I had ever, and the only rum I can drink straight and enjoy without any additions.
They preceded to tell us stories about the distillery, the island and where the best food spots/beach spots were and gave us the full tour well after closing time.

They had good music, and a unique selection food/snacks which included carmelized popcorn with bacon that was absolutely fantastic.
We had a chance to drink beer with Kate, the barista, and the Emmy award nominee, the barefoot man!

If you're just visiting as a tourist and just want to get a bottle (or a few) to drink in your room, you should also stop.
