The circuit is two miles if you start at the park on the east end of the lagoon , walk along the path parallel Baldorioyt de Castro Avenue, make a right at the bridge, another right to take the bridge into Condado...
The east border is the Jaime Benitez park where you can rent kayaks, paddle boats, tables or enjoy festivals, music or even movies certain dates.

This is a very nice beach if you can find a place to park.
It was too bad that an unusual storm front came and the weather was windy and rainy (Mother nature was not collaborating) for several days.

We loved this beach for many reason, apart from the fact that it was very close from the house we stayed in (in Ocean Park), the view of the castles of the old San Juan are fantastic, the reefs around form a swimm...

A clean beautiful stroll through Ocean Park with gorgeous ocean views and beach access with food and ice cream shops on a he perimeter so you can sit relax and enjoy.
The beach as all the beaches of PR are public so you can park your car, wearing your swim suit and can spend few hours walking by the beach or having a refreshing swim.

This park is well done, safe and clean, and has a Ben & Jerry's shop, as well as an outdoor dining Italian restaurant (Di Parma) and a very good take-out (with outdoor seating) coffee and breakfast and Belgian waf...
Stop in at Ben & Jerry's on the side of the park for ice cream, or try their delicious organic breakfasts and lunches for a picnic in the park.

The park is perfect for a relaxing stroll through its grounds to just unwind and enjoy the best of the San Juan weather and its history.
It may me remember of the outings to the local park when I was a kid, and made me appreciate what a treasure parks really are.
