Jardin Botanique de Deshaies Deshaies
#2 of 91 Nature & Parks in Guadeloupe
Guadeloupe is the perfect island to view rich, lush and exotic vegetation due to the volcanic nature of the soil.
I went right at 9 AM when the park opened, and it was a delightful stroll through gorgeous greenery and flora, with a dash of tropical birds and koi pond sprinkled in.

La Soufriere Volcano Saint-Claude
#4 of 91 Nature & Parks in Guadeloupe
It was hard for me to find specific info about the La Soufriere hike in english, so here is all you need to know: - Park your car at Bains Jaunes (up from Saint Claude).
Finding the entrance to the park is a little hard but once you find it, you can easily follow the trail to the volcano.

Also recommend it as a quick stop beach if you are just passing by, because, even if you have to park up at the road, it is a quick walk to the water and easy in and out.
You can park down the street across from the beach.
