The pool tables were in excellent shape and the staff were super friendly and no attitude. Just a few blocks from downtown area of crown point we walked there no problem. I have been practicing yoga with Elspeth Duncan/ ThouArtYoga
the past 11 years, as well I had the privilege to participate in three of her retreats (WOW retreat UK kundalini/ vegan yoga retreat and nature retreat). The time I have spent chanting and exercising different kriyas helped and allowed me, to center and feel aligned.
All classes are open to beginner’s as well as advanced yogi. “Thou Art Yoga” the teacher and guide (I like to call her “Miss Blanche”) always has a way to integrate and make it an amazing experience for each participant. The staff gives the best customer service to all clients. They are so well trained to seek the customers wants and needs. I love going to get my pedicures, massages, facials and so much more done. They are so efficient and effective. The ambience is outstanding and the floral scents and aromas as you enter takes the stress away. Thank you so much to the staff at L’image Parfaite Spa! He is so personable and knowledgeable. We went on a rain forest tour and one to Little Tobago with him. They were both very enjoyable days. If you want a great guide, use him. - JudyBLondon, UK9 contributionsPhil at TTT was recommended to us and I’m so glad we took up the recommendation. From the outset he was punctual, professional and friendly. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative about the culture, wildlife , history and geography of the Island and took us to some great places we could never have found on our own. Highlights included the half day island tour, the visit to Tonci coffee and chocolate roasters, and the lunch stops for buss up shut roti and doubles.
