Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

So much history ....so many steps ..lol
We had a great guide " Garry" very knowledgeable, he is actually a geologist...and you can tell.
The depth of history this cave has is astounding.
The lake makes it so magical.
The hardest part is the climb back to the top...but just take your time...its definitely worth a visit.

Not very arduous for those who are older like us and very interesting in the viewing and listening throughout the tourWritten 8 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Part of the Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park, it’s an easy walk and a different character from the blue seas. #eatstylishtravelstylishWritten 28 December 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Mark EWhitianga, New Zealand802 contributionsWhile visiting the Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse we inquired about the best cave to visit in the area as there are quite a few.
We were told that because it was school holidays the popular caves would be very busy and most guided tours would require a booking.
As we were just passing through that wasn't an option.
We were told that this cave is a little known wonder and he was right.
It's self guided, after a short lecture at reception. You are given a helmet with headlamp and a torch.
There is an easy section when entering turn to the right and a more challenging section, turn to the left. We chose the easy.
Very interesting structures, easy paths to follow.
Bit of a climb out up stairs.
They also have Abseiling for groups.
This place is a little gem and well priced.Written 24 November 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - Danielle303Adelaide, Australia25 contributionsWhat a great way to explore the Margaret River region!
Our tour guide Adam was wonderful. So passionate and knowledgeable about the area and his insights into the tour definitely made it more interesting.
Safety was key and helmets, caps and bandannas as well as a briefing before leaving.
A must do for anyone visiting the region!Written 12 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
