Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

So much history ....so many steps ..lol
We had a great guide " Garry" very knowledgeable, he is actually a geologist...and you can tell.
The depth of history this cave has is astounding.
The lake makes it so magical.
The hardest part is the climb back to the top...but just take your time...its definitely worth a visit.

Not very arduous for those who are older like us and very interesting in the viewing and listening throughout the tourWritten 8 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. There was no need to wait for tour times. You could take as long as you liked in the cave, sit and watch, or keep moving. With no one else around it was quiet and I loved the solitude - turn off your headlamp and sit in the dark to listen to the water dripping. It was magical and I’d highly recommend a visit.Written 29 April 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
