There is a free parking lot on the opposite side of the road a couple of blocks down you can drop off your peeps and then go park or everybody can walk.

Just a wonderful place so much so I had thought of visiting another beach just to check it out but loved John C Beasley Park so much I went the next day there as well.
The park itself offers restrooms and shelter houses but the beach here is clean and pristine!

The park is always nicely maintained, has some shade for those hot beach days, has several benches for us less active owners, and has lots of space to freely run and play if this is what your dog needs!
Our dogs, Prancer and Sydney, loved the dog park in Destin!! Very large and spacious!! Some shady areas for their humans to hang out while they ran around...
