The only issue is the traffic.
A four hour tour ended up being 7 hours due to the ridiculous traffic.

A very quick Google brought up 'Thai Cooking School Phuket with Thai People' which had so many great reviews. We immediately booked the class and 2 days later, Jim, who runs the class came to pick us up from our hotel and took us through to his cooking school.
The class itself was a lot of fun, we learnt to make a traditional Thai Green curry, Phad Thai, Tom Yum Soup and Sticky rice with mango. The food was delicious but what makes this class special and unique is Jim - he is passionate about Thai cooking and incredibly fun. He brought such great energy to the session, we enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend taking his class.

If you are a tourist and doesn’t want just to lay down on the beach, I highly recommend the tour as it includes jungle trekking, canoeing among non-touristic places, and finally relaxing in hot springs and beautiful views.
As for the person from the North I liked to get acquainted with Southern nature, flora and fauna 😇
We were lucky to get our tour guide - Manee. She perfectly organised every spot, took care of us while we were in a long road trip. - Breanna2 contributionsOur tour guide, Aup (?), was amazing. Even though we were the only official snorkelers and everyone else were divers, he always paid special attention to us throughout the whole trip, not just at the specific dive places. He was really good at pointing out the good sights and was knowledgeable when we asked him about the animals and such. They gave us lots of food, lowkey more than i expected, that was really good. The swim spots themselves were amazing. even though one of them was obviously catered for the divers, it was still amazing as a snorkeler. Mr. Alex’s local knowledge was delightful and entertaining. We met the monkeys who were cute and entertaining instead of seeing the Big Buddha due to the landslide. - Daydream5991411 contributionMy wife and friend had no scuba experience but both thoroughly enjoyed it. I was especially grateful to our guide Gan who really helped my wife, who is not a good swimmer, feel very comfortable with scuba techniques. Gan took the time to help my wife grasp the basics in the pool before going into the ocean where she paid special attention to my wife making sure she felt safe the whole time. Once in the ocean Gan showed us a lot more than what we saw in the pictures posted online.
