We drove to the park, payed for parking and the park fee and went for the long walk. The forest is beautiful, and the path is ok; however relatively steep in places. It would not want to go if it was raining or had just rained, that would have been too slippery for me.
The lookout at the top is really nice.
Room for improvement - provide more information on the cocos de mer, how to the look when they are young etc…

Really nice boutique and Josianne was very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth popping in and picking up some locally made items!

We booked three trips with Sagitarrius. One had to be cancelled because the island was closed to visitors and the other two went off without a hitch. Kevin was great to respond to us and they were easy to find on the beach.
Josey was a fantastic captain and we always felt safe with him behind the wheel. Lunch on both trips was fantastic and the snorkeling and swimming were always excellent. A perfect water trip for our time in Praslin.

We do two fishing trips a Year, every year.
There is only 1 Place we go and have been returning year after year.
Our recommendation is always and only AGT (Praslin).
AGT are the guys you want to be fishing with.
Every trip we go on gets better , we have been fortunate to fish these pristine waters and have made lifelong friends with Andre, Tracy, Phillip, Shannon and Gregory.
Greg has always been willing to fish, We think he is more keen to fish at times than we are.
Even if we are not fishing for a reason, we are having great time with the Doffay family.
Our 'holidays' to Praslin have become a family reunion more than a fishing holiday now.
The experience and knowledge that Greg and Philip have make each fishing excursion well worth it. Hats off to these boys.

    Take care friends..
We will see you in a few months time.

Beautiful island, and we stayed at Le Duc de Praslin, which was amazing, the rooms were large, staff attentive, and food brilliant. We were very well looked after, and our needs well catered for. We hope to go back again next year.

Amazing day with Jeanluc and Freddy on Dolfino ! We did half-day fishing followed by BBQ, excursion in Curieuse island and then snorkling in a very nice spot. 100% recommend.
Fishing was great and the team is very experimented: we got bonites, Mahi Mahi, a shark and finally an amazing Sailfish. The sea was a bit rough (15+ knots wind) but the boat and the captain managed very well.
The guys were extremely friendly and did all they could to make this day special. They were also very flexible (agreed to drop us in la Digue for example). Thanks again for this incredible day !

We stayed in Hotel Chauve Souris for one day, we have lunch in the restaurant that was very good! We eat starter, pasta and main course, all menu’ was made of fish. Also dessert was delicious and very tasty! The Manager give warm welcome to the Island and he showed all the five rooms. He described about each room and all are beautiful, calm and privacy assured . After lunch we relaxed in the beach bed at the jetty and in the afternoon we returned to Anse Volbert. Preferably we are planning the next holidays in Chauve Souris Island and recommend this restaurant/hotel to spend some days make it very special.
