The country is truly amazing and our guide Badar was the best. He is an excellent guide who is very experienced, he takes care of you, so you can relax ad enjoy your stay here.
He is a very nice person, we highly recommend.

It will take a while to process all of the brilliant experiences we had. The incredible beauty of this country spans its amazing geography and geology. Its ancient history so beautifully restored, its delicious food influenced from the surrounding countries and beyond. And most of all the calm kind hospitality of the Omani people. We lucked out getting Adil as our wonderful, knowledgeable, patient and generous guide. We laughed and we learned. And we are left keen to come back to continue the adventure. Thank you Adil. - S CBrentwood, TN88 contributionsWe're seasoned travelers and understand the importance of a great tour guide. Mohammed Al Jabri provided us with an exceptional experience of touring Oman. He was a safe driver and was very enthusiastic about his job. He'd go out of his way to keep his customers safe and strives to provide the best possible experience. For example, at Wadi Shab, he would hike with us all the way and would even swam in the narrow area while some drivers from other tour companies would just wait at the entrance. He knows these areas very well and would point to any potential hazards like slippery spots. You can tell he really enjoys what he is doing. I'd highly recommend this tour company. Everyone was so responsive, and especially Rosa would respond to our inquiries very promptly. - Julia E12 contributionsMy brother and I had a fantastic 36 hours with Nasr. We tasted Omani specialties and sweets that we never would have known about. We enjoyed a mountain oasis, got to meet some Bedouin people, and then spent time in the peaceful desert in a very nice glamping situation. The tour was flexible; the morning after the desert we weren't interested in going to the souq, so Nasr gave us a tour of the Grand Mosque of Muscat instead! Absolutely incredible. Oman is beautiful and the people are great. This tour was jam-packed with learning about the contemporary culture of Oman, while enjoying vacation fun like swimming in the oasis and going on a camel ride. - 521markusSwitzerland11 contributionsThe planning and organisation of the tour Malak 6 Days was excellent. We could customize the tour with some additional stops, e.g. balcony walk at Jabel Shams. The 4x4 vehicle was very comfortable and our driver was not in a rush so that we had always enough time for sightseeing and walking/hiking. The tour is a great combination of cities, wadis, forts, old villages, desert and mountains. - Precy MUnited States15 contributionsAs a solo traveler, I embarked on an unforgettable 8-day, 7-night journey to Muscat, Oman. The trip was an incredible mix of nature, culture, and architecture. I explored serene beaches, ventured into the breathtaking Wadi Shab, and marveled at the vastness of the desert. The towering Jebel Akhdar and Jebel Shams offered mesmerizing mountain views, while the historic fortresses and castles provided a glimpse into Oman's rich heritage.
One of the highlights was visiting the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque in Muscat—its stunning architecture left me in awe. The entire experience was made even more enjoyable thanks to my fantastic tour guide, whose knowledge and enthusiasm added depth to the journey. Before we arrived in Oman, the organisation of the tour was great - with prompt and helpful responses from Sarah. Due to the time of our flight home, we had to mae minor amendments to the tour, but Oman Day Tours was very accommodating, nothing was too much! The tour guide (Abdullah) was amazing! He picked us up on time, was pleasant, funny and friendly. He is so knowledgeable about Oman - we enjoyed hearing about the history and present. Oman itself is truly beautiful, we went to the Wadi Bani and then stayed overnight in a desert camp. Staying in the desert overnight was a once in a lifetime experience, we absolutely loved it!
