We got a lovely guided tour through the nature reserve, one of the highlights of which is a spectacular view from a cliff of the atlantic ocean shoreline / east coast.
PEG is a fantastic example of biodynamics, and I recommend taking a tour if you are visiting Barbados - in particular for those with an interest in holistic health, farming, nature and healing.

The nature trail was just amazing through rainforest on brick paths (some quite uneven ... sensible shoes definitely required) culminating in a walk through fruit bat cave.
