Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- mischieviousmumCaloundra, Australia51 contributionsRecently I took my now 12 year old to the 7D cinema in Mooloolaba. She's been asking to try this out for a while so I knew that she would really love it as part of her birthday present. Yes it was pricey in terms of us both seeing 3 films each ($60) considering each film is about 5 -6 minutes each, but I must say that we did enjoy the experience. We saw the Temple one (bit like raiders of the lost ark), the Great wall of china and the roller coast one. We agreed that we loved the roller coaster and the Great wall of china one the best. The temple one was a little scary.Written 27 April 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- SydneysideSydney, Australia792 contributionsWent to watch a movie on our trip to the Sunshine Coast as the movie we wanted to see wasn’t at the cinemas closer to where we were staying.
The cinema has plenty of parking, very comfortable seats, decent sized screens and good staff.
We like to support other cinemas if we can to keto them going. .Written 29 December 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - Rosie hTauranga, New Zealand8 contributionsThe movie itself was great
What I had an issue with is the movie started at 1.15 it was 30 minutes later the movie actually started..
I resent paying to see a movie and having to sit through much advertising
The seats were average I had to move around a bit to find one that was still as designed
Finally the place was dirty there was popcorn all over the floors in many places including toilets
I have been coming here for 10 years
