Dunham Massey without the excellent Stamford Military Hospital exhibition would still be one of my favourite NT destinations - lovely gardens, fabulous walks around the deer park and a beautiful new visitor centre.
Its acres of deer park are a ramblers paradise where children can play in safety, the house contains interesting artefacts, and the well equipped tea rooms are superb.

This is a unique Park because it also has a Botanical Garden so you can stroll past some very rare plants and also visit a Rock Garden which is always in good condition.
Hidden behind one of my favorite spots in Didsbury (the little square right beside Stenner Lane), you find this gorgeous and quite wide park for your very own delight.
